UNION pride themselves on their heritage and experience, and believe in investing in people as well as investing in the manufacture of locks and hardware. U-Learn is a comprehensive training programme, which has a level-1 general overview, as well as level-2, which provides a comprehensive insight into the specification of locks and architectural hardware. These presentations are available from UNION as part of the overall UNION specification service and are free of charge.
In addition to this brochure, UNION have available a comprehensive product catalogue Architectural Solutions. This has detailed information on all the products available and includes technical line drawings and comprehensive specification details as well as contact details of your local UNION Design Centre. The UNION WebSite, http://www.uniononline.co.uk/ is regularly updated with the latest information, including press releases and new product launch information. There are also areas for UNION Design Centres to promote themselves.
For true peace of mind, UNION offer G10 and G251. These are UNION Guarantees valid for 10 or 25 years respectively. This allows you to specify and relax knowing that should any problem occur, you have the backing of UNION and the local UNION Design Centre with you for up to 25 years. Look out for the G10 and G251 logos when specifying products.
UNION, as part of ASSA ABLOY Ltd., are an ISO 14001 registered company and adhere to its requirements vigorously. In addition we have clear policies on all critical issues including environmental considerations and code of conduct. For products made outside of Willenhall they are made by a UNION approved supplier with extensive product testing being undertaken in our UKAS accredited laboratory located at our headquarters in the UK.
